West Island Women’s Centre
Join us for a free seminar on Tuesday, October 22, from 1 to 3 p.m.

Our presenter, Lesley Cotton, will show the short film “Feisty After Fifty: Women’s Voices,” which was made during a YWCA life stories workshop and a discussion will follow.

Daring to follow one’s desires, create, initiate, engage with life, and choose oneself… these are the gifts of maturity. During this short film presentation, seven women of diverse origins between the ages of 50 and 75 share their stories with wit and audacity through music, poetry, dance, images, and words.
