Laval, July 07, 2020 – The Laval Police Service (SPL) is asking the public to cooperate in order to find witnesses in connection with an accident involving the injured, followed by a hit and run.
On June 11, 2020, around 10 p.m., the victim was riding a motorcycle on boul. des Laurentides, looking north. At the intersection of Tourangeau Street, a gray Dodge Grand Caravan vehicle, traveling in the same direction, decided to make a U-turn, thus cutting the way for the motorcyclist. They then tried to avoid the collision, but without success. The impact between the two vehicles occurred in the center lane. The collision caused serious injuries to the motorcyclist and damage to the motorcycle. The driver of the offending vehicle never stopped and continued on his way south on boul. of the Laurentians.
