Upon their arrival, the officers were confronted with a horrifying sight. A 23-year-old man, found at the scene, was struggling against the creeping cold of a gunshot wound. With urgency, he was transported to the hospital under critical condition. Despite the tireless efforts of the medical team, he succumbed to the nefarious injuries that had been inflicted upon him.
