The West Island Black Community Association (WIBCA) will host its second Town Hall meeting this Sunday, August 9th at 7 pm.

“The purpose of WIBCA’s Town Hall II will be to receive tangible action plans from the public officials to correct the effects of overt and systemic racism currently plaguing the Black community in the West Island.

WIBCA’s first Town Hall held June 7th, 2020 identified issues in three major categories (Education, Law/Politics, Youth/Social Initiatives) and now our elected officials and law enforcement will have the opportunity to announce their solutions.”

The meeting will be broadcast live on the WIBCA Facebook page. The 1st Town Hall is available to watch:
