A new West Island Hotline has been set up to yield calls from those concerned about their exposure to the COVID-19 virus. This is a general information line. You still call 1-877-644-4545. A nurse must have screened you before you are testing. If the nurse determines that the patient is eligible for testing, an appointment will be granted to the new Beaconsfield screening location which will be opened shortly.
Note that the new # is not just for COVID, all health and health services related questions/issues. Also, all CIUSS territories have their own #. The one posted above is for the West Island area.
