Fun for all ages!!!
Explore the seas or explore space. Visit magical places with over 100 virtual games and or experiences on-site – the world is literally at your fingertips at Nemesis Gaming Lounge. Nemesis has recently relocated to Pointe-Claire village. The first lounge to open in Montreal has been providing tweens and teens with a fun place to hang out since 2007.
“We carry the latest in video games and gaming technology,” said Dollard resident and owner Shaundel Celestin. “This is a great place to have a great party, take coding classes after school and come to summer camp. We are offering coding classes as well.”
“We have an amazing program onsite that offers rewards to our players who join our local gaming community. The idea is to offer youth a social and interactive gaming experience instead of playing at home alone,” she explained.
Participants come out to play in the lounge and participate in gaming activities, coding lessons, themed event nights, eSports viewing parties, tournaments, and workshops. They earn points that can be redeemed for prizes. Prizes include gaming peripherals, coding workshops, controllers, gaming headphones and more.
” We are excited about the new location,” Celestin explained. “With 3,000 square feet, we have much more space to play. We have two new VR rooms and a brand new party room for birthdays, fundraisers and gatherings. You can escape from zombies or survive in a haunted house the sky is the limit.”
Nemesis now offers weekly events that you can find on their website www.nemesislan.ca/events. While the site is well known for fundraisers and birthday parties it is also a great place for a corporate 5 à 7.
“We are a great place for all things gaming, and we are open to the public seven days a week. Whether they are groups of 2 or 30 everyone is welcome.”
The lounge is always supervised by adults that are ready to help you navigate your way through the virtual reality world.
