Victoria On The Park is set to take Montreal by storm as sales in the pre-construction phase begin this fall 2018.  The mixed-use tower will be the tallest of its kind to be located by the intersection of Rue St-Jaques and Blvd Robert Bourassa.
The 56 story luxurious residential condominium part of the project will house one and two bedroom units as well as penthouses.
The location is ideal for professionals as well as students as it will straddle Montreal’s downtown, as well as the Old Port.  The development comes from industry giant Broccolini Construction and is projected to be placed at 700 rue Saint-Jacques with an occupancy date of 2023.Broccolini Construction, Rhonda Massad, West Island Blog, West Island News, Montreal, Condos, Real Estate
Residents will enjoy the convenience of having the first eight floors of the building designated for commercial use along with about 400 upper-level residential units that have a stunning view of the Saint-Laurent river.  In fact, the project has great southern views and mountain views to the north as well as views overlooking the spectacularly landscaped urban park which envelops the project.
The $300 million residential tower will be located next to the largest office tower to be built in Montreal in 25 years, according to BNN Bloomberg,  the new headquarters of National Bank of Canada which is slated for occupancy in 2022. National Bank will invest more than $500 million in the building which will also be built by Broccolini. The plan so far is to build a park between the two sites as well as an underground path.
The location is second to none with direct access to the Metro and easy access to all important highways such as Autoroutes 10/15/720/20. This tower is the perfect opportunity  to invest in the contemporary and ambitious cosmopolitan area with Montreal’s real estate market in full swing.
Historically significant Saint Jacques street and Victoria Square is the financial heart of the city. With the Tour de la Bourse, Royal Bank and BMO headquarters as well as Quebecor and Canada Steamship Lines. Prominent neighbouring buildings like these mean this location will only increase in value. This is a site that is almost impossible to replicate anywhere else in Mtl!
Qiang Zhong RemaxMontreal real estate agent Qiang (Ken) Zhong is at the heart of the project and ready to serve those who wish to invest in the futuristic project.
“The location is untouchable,” said Qiang. “This building will have everything you need right in the heart of the city.  It is a great investment and will certainly grow in value.  This is one of the tallest towers in Montreal built under the Broccolini banner.  It will be tough to beat.”

“My clients will have guaranteed priority access before the public launch,” Zhong explained.
