The Vaudreuil-Soulanges Constituency Youth Council invites youth aged 15+ from across Vaudreuil-Soulanges to come and enjoy a free BBQ on Saturday, August 25th, 2018 from 12 pm – 4 pm at 223 Avenue St-Charles, Vaudreuil-Dorion J7V 2L6.
This 100% FREE BBQ will provide youth with the opportunity to engage with organizations and businesses in our community. Among the activities offered will be tattoo consultations, personalized workout and nutrition consultations, henna, yoga and wellness, music, a coding workshop, employment guidance, a form of puppy therapy, and of course lots of great food. The first 50 attendees will be treated to a gourmet popsicle from Pop Culture.
The partners that will be attending are the Carrefour jeunesse emplois Vaudreuil-Soulanges, Can Code Canada, personal trainer and massage therapist Harminder Sodhi, nutritionist Andrea Ropeleski, salon owner and henna artist Harmeet Kaur from HK Beauty Salon, Addiction Tattoos, Journey to Abundance, Do-licieux, Animatch and David’s Tea. The Constituency Youth Council would also like to thank their other partners for helping to make this event possible: Starbucks Vaudreuil-Dorion, Restaurant L’Étoile De Pincourt, L’Ouefrier Vaudreuil-Dorion, La Belle Province Ile-Perrot, L’Imprimerie Editions Vaudreuil, Depanneur Shaar, and Pop Culture.
CYC member Quincy Ross says “I am very fortunate to have the chance to work alongside some of the best leaders in the community. We are all excited to host our friends and neighbours in a last hooray before we head back to school and work”.
