This list is based on various factors such as network adoption, catalysts for growth, and underlying token fundamentals. Newly added to the roster are HyperLiquid (HYPE), Ethena Labs (ENA), Virtuals Protocol (VIRTUAL), Juputer (JUP), Jito (JITO), and Grass (GRASS).
Chainlink (LINK), Helium, and Optimism (OP) have reclaimed their positions, while Celo was notably removed. The update reflects Grayscale’s anticipation of increased interest in decentralized finance, staking, Solana’s ecosystem, and artificial intelligence-driven tokens. The research highlights ongoing optimism in sectors like Ethereum layer-2 networks and certain thematic areas including tokenization and decentralized physical infrastructure. The company has also made significant moves in financial products, recently filing a Form 8-K for Horizon Trust and launching trust products for Lido DAO and Optimism with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
