Walking, running, biking, shopping, dining, the Sainte-Anne-De-Bellevue Canal has it all! Discover hundreds of local businesses that are sure to impress you with their originality and hospitality. Make sure to check out Cunningham’s Pub, which was recently recognized by actress Halle Berry, for having the best hot wings in town!

Parc-nature du Bois-de-l’Île-Bizard
The Parc-nature du Bois-de-l’Île-Bizard is filled with trees and wildlife. It is especially well-known for bird watching, so if you visit, make sure to keep your camera close. The park contains over 7km of walking paths and is 100% free for everyone.

Taking a walk in the West Island’s Pointe-Claire village, is like taking a walk through a cozy town filled with character. Get access to unique local restaurants, shops, boutiques and so much more.
Dario’s itinerary: Winter: Skating at the Pointe-Claire Village outdoor rink (Avenue Cartier & Chemin du Bord-du-Lac) and supporting some of my favourite local businesses. Summer: Taking a nighttime walk with friends through the village and stopping at Wild Willy’s for ice cream of course!

Montreal’s Mount Royal
Just minutes away from downtown Montreal, Mount Royal is the perfect afternoon escape from the city with over a dozen walking trails to choose from. Winter activities such as tubing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and so much more are also available!
Dario’s itinerary: Walking up the Olmsted trail starting at the Peel steps (Pine Av W / Peel St) that will guide you to the Belvédère Kondiaronk lookout which has a remarkable view. The walk is a great workout!

The Old Montreal Neighbourhood
After a fresh snowfall, Old Montreal is probably one of the prettiest spots in the city. Experience the vintage urban architecture with cobblestone streets and some of the finest boutiques. Old Montreal is also home to some of the city’s original landmarks, like the old port’s Grand Roue and Place d’Armes.
Dario’s itinerary: Take an early morning walk by the water in the old port with an expresso in hand from Café Olimpico on Saint-Vincent.
