Jazz is in the air on the West Island. Bijou Resto Bar at the Marriott Hotel at the Dorval Airport will be bringing the Jazz Fest to us for four consecutive Thursdays starting June 11.
Louise Sauvé and her quartet will play from 17:30 to 20H30 this week. I went last week with Dan and some friends and we had a really nice time. Louise Sauvé was great. Her voice had that smoky jazz feel. I was surprised that I knew quite a few of the songs and found myself singing along, quietly of course, I have a terrible voice!
We had dinner served right in the lounge where the dinning room menu was available along with a bar menu. Take a look at our choices in the pictures above, they were all excellent and the service was top. Thanks Michele.
There will be special prices on wine and beer and free parking for 4 hours. Take care to park in the underground parking and do not pay when entering – choose the option to pay later and the ticket will be validated inside Bijou.
