The best coffee places in Pointe-Claire (according to us)
Coffee is more than just coffee on the West Island. Who doesn’t want to know about the coffee shops near us. The perfect cup of joe is an art. We love our java and the niche boutique cafés that get it just right. So where do we go for the BEST coffee in the West Island, particularly Pointe-Claire? Here are our top three picks:
3Les Moulins la Fayette
If you are lucky with the weather, this little gem offers outside seating. Café au lait, croissants, baguettes and patisseries can be found here that rival any French pastry shop.
According to the website, the shop was inspired by a French immigrant Johnny Jeulin, in 1989. Jeulin, a 5th generation baker, pastry cook, chocolate maker, shares his skills and expertise in various locations across Quebec. A member of the Association des pâtissiers du Québec, Jeulin knows how to treat even the pickiest eaters, by blending French and Quebec culture together.
Their wide coffee selection is fairly priced. Like my two other choices, they offer a personalized catering service.
