Team Broady and RBC Beaconsfield teamed up last Saturday, October 14, to raise fund for the West Island Women’s Shelter. Team Broady provided more than 200 pumpkins and encouraged fall home decorators to come by and pick up a pumpkin in exchange for a donation.

Donations began while the team was setting up shop in front of the RBC in Beaconsfield. Children and adults alike enjoyed the free hot chocolate, candy and the chance to win prizes supplied by RBC. Children wandered through the selection of large and medium-sized pumpkins making their choice for the perfect Halloween lantern.

“A big thank you to my team at RBC Beaconsfield,” said Marcia Adele, “Team Broady and everyone who came out for making this great event so memorable. We were able to raise $1800 for the West Island Women’s Shelter. Hope to see you all next year.”
