According to owner and creator Janice Hillrich, Teacups in the Garden was born out of inspiration to use the teacups she received as wedding gifts in a more day to day fashion.

“I find such a strong correlation between these teacups and women,” Hillrich explains, “Beautiful, fragile, yet extremely strong and resilient.”

In an effort to get the treasures out from storage she has designed unique treasures that are on display outside in the garden as bird feeders as well as in the house in the form of plant decor and candles.Teacups in the Garden, Janice Hillrich, Rhonda Massad, Tea Cups, Shopping from the Heart, West Island Blog

“I feel each one is a beautiful work of art that should be visually enjoyed,” she continued. “Teacups In The Garden is a business that celebrates the beauty of fine bone china.”

Whether it’s feeders to hang in her garden or a beautiful candle to add ambiance to any decor these treasures make lovely gifts for Mother’s Day.  Janice will be showing off her teacups at the upcoming Shopping from the Heart event at the Holiday Inn in Pointe Claire this coming April 28.
