Jamal is still on hand to make sure everything is just so with his new menu that leans towards Mediterranean delights. The huge wrap around terrace with awnings makes it the perfect place to enjoy freshly baked pita, hummus and fattouche garnished with dried figs and pomegranate.
Shown here is a special sample plate that included hummus, babaganoush, stuffed vine leaves, two kinds cheese rolls that melt in your mouth, steak tartare and Kibeh. An extensive seafood selection makes it tough to choose what to eat!!
For those who long for days gone by at The Chambertin there is a filet mignon with grilled veggies, stuffed chicken or the always popular braised beef au jus.
The lunch special is $15.00 with four choices each day one of which is always a vegetarian option. A choice of three appetizers and desert will each add $5.00 to the tab. Dinner starts at $21.00. A Dj plays on Saturday nights as of 9 p.m.
Private rooms are available for receptions.
Though the restaurant is not a gluten free environment, the offerings are great for those with gluten intolerance.
