Suspicious Blaze Ravages Uninhabited Sudbury Home, Investigation Underway

On Tuesday evening, a consuming fire razed an uninhabited house to the ground in Greater Sudbury’s West End.

Brave hearts from the fire department rushed to the inferno on Bulmer Avenue, alertly responding around 9 p.m. When they arrived, they were met with a terrifying spectacle – the house was already consumed by the aggressive flames.


An investigation into the incident was promptly initiated, a collaborative effort between the police and the fire marshal’s office. Kaitlyn Dunn, a police spokesperson, revealed that law enforcement officers provided traffic control as the firefighting heroes endeavored to quench the ferocious flames.

A note of mystery hangs over the incident, as the firefighters found something unsettling once the fire was brought under control. “The fire was deemed suspicious,” stated Dunn in her correspondence, hinting at potential foul play.
