This is a real crowd pleaser that is really easy to do.
Make sure to cut the green stem off the strawberry with the idea that it will be the bottom of the Santa sitting on the plate.
Cut the top quarter off the pointed end of the strawberry. This will be the hat.
Using either icing or whipped cream in an icing bag, pipe the icing on the top of the strawberry and top with the hat.
Place two chocolate chips for eyes.
Place Santas on a plate or use as a topper on a Christmas cake.
