Can’t take much more of this winter?I know exactly what you mean. The girls over at Kiva Boutique in Pointe Claire are ready to take on your winter blues and get you ready for the spring that is less than three weeks away. With this wonderful season comes all sorts of newness and firsts of the year.Kiva Boutique, Rhonda Massad, West Island Blog, West Island News, West Island Fashion

Expansion has been underway while the bears have been hibernating, Kiva is twice the size it was in December. With two arch ways to the new section the store feels open while keeping the cozy feel we always loved at Kiva. There is a full selection of shoes; I picked up a powder blue Sam Edelman flat that will be perfect to go with my new white Yoga jeans. I wanted to be sure to get my size so I will simply love them both in the closet until I can safely take them out for their debut the second the sun comes out.

If you are lucky enough to be going south for March break, now is the best time to spruce up your warm weather clothes.  Let Josee and her team navigate you through the lovely new selections that you can take away with you. Shop casual weekend, work & more from the best brands.

There is a jewelry bar that makes you feel like you have stumbled on a pirate’s treasures. I picked up a long sleek necklace that I can wear with any Tshirt or blouse to complete any outfit. The basics have moved to the new section. Tanks and camis in all the best shades. I particularly love the ballet pink touches that are showing this season.

Owner Josee Madore seems to know exactly what we need when it comes to this season’s best options From basic tank tops to blouses, jeans, and jewels the new collections will not disappoint. Jackets and cardis are in ample supply. Perk up your mood and your wardrobe with all the new goodies that keep arriving.
