I love roasted marshmallows but don’t always want to wait to roast them in front of a camp fire. Often times I just turn the oven to broil and roast some up for a sweet treat. Since discovering this little number I have not stopped making them.

This recipe for S’more Campfire Bananas brings the campfire inside. Why wait to be fireside when you can whip these treasures up in a couple of minutes….
You will need:
8 bananas
1 bag caramel chips
1 bag milk chocolate chips
1 bag mini marshmallows
1 package graham cracker crumbs
Foil to wrap bananas
How to:
Split the bananas lengthwise, but don’t cut all the way through. The goal is to create a boat to hold the ingredients. Load the bananas 1/4 cup each of the caramel bits, chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Crumble 1 whole graham cracker onto each loaded banana.

Wrap individually in 8-by-10-inch squares of foil, seal the foil and place on a rimmed baking sheet or next to a camp fire. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until chocolate and marshmallow has melted and the bananas are softened slightly.
Open up and eat with a spoon.
