Shooting In Scarborough Leaves Two People Dead


Two people are dead after a shooting in Scarborough, Toronto, on Sunday evening.

At around 10:45 p.m., Toronto police were requested to the Danforth Road and Savarin Street area, north of Eglinton Avenue East, for reports of shots fired.

When emergency crews got to the scene, they found the two male victims suffering from critical injuries. They were later pronounced dead at the scene.

Police claimed two individuals were arrested and they are not searching for other suspects.

The homicide unit took over the investigation.
