Rush Street Interactive has unveiled its new rewards program, iRush Rewards, designed to simplify the process for bettors to earn and redeem points while easily tracking their current status. The program introduces a tier system similar to traditional casino rewards programs, featuring Gold, Platinum, and Black tiers, each with unique perks. This marks the first instance of Rush Street Interactive incorporating tier credits in its rewards plan. Beyond these credits, bettors can also earn loyalty points and bonus store points.
According to a statement from the company, once a player reaches a certain tier level, they will retain the benefits for the remainder of the current six-month earning period and the entire next six-month period, potentially up to one year. For example, if a player achieves Black Tier status on January 12, 2024, they will maintain that status until December 31, 2024, extending their benefits for nearly a year.

This enhancement is part of RSI’s effort to make the loyalty program more appealing and clear to their bettors.
