Since 1993, the West Island has visited Ristorante Linguini in Baie D’Urfé for countless office parties, birthdays and baptisms. It was a community gathering place that is left in ruin after a fire last week.
According to owner Raffaele de Marco is focusing on the future and is hopeful that his staff will be back at work serving his loyal patrons in the next six to eight months.
De Marco hopes to recapture the timber structure’s uniqueness in the new building. Ristorante Linguini boasted an affordable menu with an inviting casual space with a perfect mix of old and new. It was known for delicious wood-fired pizza and a wide selection of pasta dishes.
Follow the progress on Facebook, owners Raffaele De Marco and Salvatore Rubbo promise to keep the community up to date on the progress.
