Last Wednesday, Quebec reported 785 new infections, with 577 of these being unimmunized persons.
About 47 of the new infections involve persons who received a single jab close to a week prior to infection, while 161 are persons who have received both jabs, with the second dose having been administered close to a week before infection.
Overall, the positive reports that 399843 have been infected, including 382050 who have since recovered, since the pandemic hit.
The province reported another fatality, which places the death toll at 11313. Quebec’s institute of public health said it is monitoring 6480 infections, which is 239 more than what was reported last Tuesday.
Public health has administered an additional 16123 doses, including 14896 that were issued in the previous 24 hours.
In all, the province has issued 12666616 immunizations, with 153840 having recovered their outside of the province.
