In Montreal, law enforcement officers are looking into an incident where a man was shot in Rosemont, La Petite-Partrie, on Thursday. The man was rushed to the emergency room for treatment.
Officers were directed to the intersection of 20th Avenue and Rosemont Boulevard after receiving a 911 call at around 8:20 evening.
When they reached the scene, they found a 20-year-old with a gunshot wound in the lower body. He has since not cooperated with the officers. On the day he was shot, he was taken for treatment, although his condition wasn’t life-threatening.
No one has since been arrested in connection with the shooting as police do not have a suspect description.
