At 10 p.m., Saturday, February 22, SPVM police officers were deployed to assist SQ officers in the arrest of a subject on Henri-Fabre Street in the Pierrefonds.
According to SQ spokesperson Marie-Michelle Moore, a road rage incident involving three vehicles occurred on a Montreal area highway. Moore explains that following the incident, threats were made and a person was arrested at a home in the West Island.
According to SPVM spokesperson Véronique Comtois, her colleagues at the Montreal police intervened at that address to assist SQ officers. No injuries were reported in what appears to be an extreme case of road rage.
