Costco Wholesale stores in Canada have temporarily suspended free in-store food samples for their customers.

The interruption is due to the Coronavirus outbreak affecting many countries around the world including Canada. Costco adds that this program added an avoidable health danger to both their shoppers and employees. As of now, these measures are in place in several U.S Costco warehouses.

Used to snacking while you shop? Don’t worry, Costco will continue their normal store and restaurant operations for the time being.
