Pennsylvania police have arrested a 46-year-old New Jersey man for allegedly assaulting a man and exposing himself. Henry Ellis was arrested on 3rd July at about 3 am near Mohegan Sun Pocono casino.
Ellis now faces seven charges including, felony aggravated assault, misconduct of endangering another person, attempting to elude a police officer, and resisting arrest.
Police responded to a call by Mohegan Sun Pocono casino after the alleged assault. An eyewitness said that Ellis punched a man and then exposed his genitalia.
When the police arrived, Ellis tried to flee to his truck and was apprehended in a nearby store. Ellis is held at Luzerne County Prison awaiting a hearing scheduled for 14th July.
This is not the first reported incident of exposure. Earlier this month, a woman at Circa Resort & Casino in downtown Las Vegas was evicted off the property for walking naked.
Thirty minutes later, the resort lost power, and when the security went to check the power room, they discovered the same woman, again naked. She had also disabled the resort power system. The woman has been identified as Alisa Neeley, 28, and faces a theft charge in an ongoing case.
