Police are investigating an act of arson that occurred outside the RCMP detachment in Penticton, British Columbia, on Christmas Day. According to a statement from the RCMP, the incident took place shortly before 5:30 p.m. when a burning object was found at the location. The fire was quickly extinguished, resulting in minor property damage and no injuries. Authorities are appealing to the public for any witnesses or individuals with video footage from around the time of the incident to come forward and assist with the investigation.
