Police are actively searching for a man involved in a robbery at Glenfield Mall in Auckland. The incident occurred around 5 p.m. on 1 December, when a woman’s handbag was stolen in a carpark. As she attempted to recover her belongings, the thief fled to a white Toyota Mark-X. In a distressing turn, the woman was dragged approximately 10 meters along the pavement by the vehicle, resulting in minor injuries.
Authorities have released an image of the suspect, who was seen wearing a face mask positioned below his mouth and a bucket hat. They have urged the public to assist in identifying the individual depicted in the image.
The police are appealing for any information that might lead to the apprehension of the suspect, hoping that public cooperation will aid in resolving the case promptly.
