
Moose Jaw police have issued a warrant for a third person suspected of robbery and assault. The assault took place last Friday, and two men were arrested. The third suspect is still on the loose as the police proceed to search for him.
On Friday, the police were called to intervene in an assault that took place in the first block of Stadacona Street W. in southern Saskatchewan city.
The police didn’t find any suspects on the crime scene. Soon after the crime was reported, the police were called to Moose Jaw’s Dr. F.H. Wigmore Hospital, where they found a man wounded in the assault.
After executing a search warrant at home in Stadacona Street W. the police apprehended two suspects and issued a warrant for the third. They have managed to find him on Thursday, and the police reported that he’s expected to appear in court on Friday. The three men face attempted murder and robbery charges.
Moose Jaw police have released a statement saying that the wounded man has been released from the hospital and that he is recovering from injuries. They thanked the public for their help in sharing posts, giving information, and offering tips to Crime Stoppers.
