Montreal Police are treating an altercation incident targeting Jewish people as a possible hate crime. Constable Jean-Pierre Brabant says that the police responded to a call in Cote Saint-Luc at around 6:35 p.m. on Monday to a report of people making verbal threats.
The incident occurred near the intersection of Kildare Road and Westminster Avenue. The people involved included 19 and 20-year-old men, who were reportedly arrested and awaiting to be charged.
