MLUWC supporters turned out in true fashion this past fall to launch the Club’s fundraising season at John Rennie High Schools’ Louise Chalmers Theatre in Pointe Claire. It was a rocking evening with REPLAY performing their Tribute to the Beatles to a very enthusiastic crowd!
The Club’s fundraising committee did an amazing job in putting on this spectacular event, complete with exceptional prizes. One participant said, ” What a trip down memory lane…such a lively crowd and a great energy booster!” Victoria Pinnell and Mary Vlahos, Co-Chairs of Fundraising reported, ” to everyone’s delight, we met our scholarship fundraising objectives for the evening!”

MLUWC also recently partnered with the Lakeshore Kiwanis Club of Montreal greeting families and dispensing treats, while everyone eagerly awaited the C.P. Holiday Train as it rolled into the Beaconsfield train station for its 18th year to raise money, collect food and raise awareness for local food banks.
Montreal Lakeshore University Women’s Club (MLUWC) is a non-profit organization of 200 women of all ages with varied international experience.
