A wave of culinary excitement is set to wash over the glittering desert jewel that is Las Vegas. Wynn Las Vegas, an embodiment of luxury and grandeur standing tall in the entertainment capital, is gearing up to treat its illustrious guests to a fresh gourmet experience. Sometime early next year, this iconic property will usher in Fiola Mare, an exquisite Mediterranean seafood restaurant. The culinary maestro behind this change will be none other than the Michelin-awarded chef Fabio Trabocchi.

Trabocchi hails from the idyllic Le Marche region in Italy and moved to the states in 2000 with a dream stirring in his heart. Dreaming of establishing his own restaurant in Vegas, he redefined the city’s dining scene by turning Fiola Mare into one of the hottest gastronomic spots. The establishment encapsulates the very soul of Italy’s coastlines and boasts an extraordinary seafood bounty.

This new partnership between Wynn Las Vegas and Trabocchi’s hospitality group promises to enthrall diners. Fiola Mare will tantalize tastebuds with Mediterranean delicacies while also offering the freshest catch from the East and West coasts. The inclusion of a daily seafood cart is sure to add a gourmet twist to the dining experience.

The introduction of Fiola Mare will mark the end of an era, as it will replace the much-loved Lakeside which has been part of Wynn Las Vegas since its debut in 2005. Lakeside will bid farewell in mid-July, entrusting Fiola Mare with its breathtaking view of the Lake of Dreams.

Unfortunately, another adored establishment has bid adieu to its patrons. On July 7th, Dynamite Korean Street Food and Sushi pulled down the shutters and ended its glorious journey. The off-strip gem in Silverado Ranch had achieved viral fame when TikTok star Keith Lee treated their first 300 customers on New Year’s Eve 2023.

Heartfelt sentiments poured out in a TikTok video from owner Steve Park, as he confessed to falling short in running the restaurant to its full potential. This unfortunate circumstance sprouted from personal tragedies, as his father lost a two-year battle with cancer and his mother confronted severe health difficulties.

But no cloud has only a dark lining, and the culinary landscape of Las Vegas continues to fluctuate. With the heralding of new sunrises comes the introduction of new gastronome delights. On 3900 Paradise Road in Las Vegas, July 12 will see a new Italian eatery named Bramàre. This latest venture from Evan Glusman and Constantin Alexander, the brains behind the famed Table 34 in Henderson, is set to satisfy cravings.

For boba enthusiasts, Sunright Tea Studio will soon be on its way to 10217 W. Charleston Blvd. in Summerlin, marking their third Las Vegas location. Also, a fresh whiff of tropical vibes comes with the Glitter Gulch Tiki, a 90-seat tiki bar that’s ready to serve on Friday, July 12, at 113 N. 4th Street. The hip creators of downtown Las Vegas’s popular Nacho Daddy are the geniuses behind this concept.

While old favorites bid goodbye and new ones enter the bustling Las Vegas food scene, the city promises to remain swathe in an unending celebration of food. From tantalizing seafood to Italian cuisines and delightful boba joints, Las Vegas ensures a feast for every palate.
