McHappy Day raises $27,230 for Big Brothers Big Sisters of West Island!

On May 4th of this year Gail and Fred Cassir, owners of 6 McDonald’s locations donated 100% of the proceeds raised through McHappy Day to Big Brothers Big Sisters of West Island (BBBSWI).

For 25 years, Mr. and Mrs. Cassir have been generously donating to children’s charities.  Francesca Corso, Executive Director or Big Brothers Big Sisters of the West Island added “The kind of dedication to the community demonstrated by the Cassirs is truly amazing. Their donation will contribute to the well-being of over 120 children this year. This means that more than 120 youth will receive close to 25,000 hours of support as a direct result of McHappy Day. Mr. and Mrs. Cassir change lives.”
