I often lunch at Madisons, I love the ribs and potatoes. But this time I was feeling like something a little healthier so I chose the catch of the day. I was not disappointed.
The Kajun Cod was served with a starter of either soup or salad, I chose the Cesar but there were a other salads to choose from. The choices did not end there, garlic mashed, fries, baked potato, steamed veggies or wild rice.
My lunch date had the Le Lox platter which came with the same choices. Le Lox is a great big sandwich made of smoked salmon, lettuce, onions, cream cheese and tomatoes on country bread served with a side of carbs!!
I could not resist their apple crumble with ice cream, enough for two.
Service is always excellent but my new friend Claudia was top of the line. Thanks for a great lunch experience!
Portions are large at Madisons and I often take half my lunch home for lunch the next day!!
The starter, the main came to $24.00. Desert and coffee not included.
