Lisa Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd, have recently acquired a $5 million mansion in Las Vegas, aiming to reduce their frequent private-jet commutes between her Las Vegas restaurants and their Beverly Hills home, as reported by TMZ.
Currently, there are no available photos of Lisa Vanderpump at her new Las Vegas residence or at her soon-to-open third Las Vegas restaurant, Pinky’s at the Flamingo. However, a visual of the 63-year-old former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star enjoying an inflatable pink flamingo at her Beverly Hills home exists.
Vanderpump’s $3.5 million Pinky’s by Vanderpump is slated to open next month at the Flamingo. This follows Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace, launched in 2019, and Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas, which opened in 2022.
Sources familiar with the situation revealed to TMZ that Vanderpump’s new luxurious abode is situated on a golf course, featuring a massive pool and stunning desert views—typical attributes for Las Vegas homes in this price range. Additional details include Vanderpump having toured the house last week, just days after concluding the filming of Hulu’s “Vanderpump Villa” in Europe, and finalizing the purchase within three days.
Although the reason for needing a residence in Las Vegas given her restaurant ventures remains unclear, it’s notable that other celebrity chefs with multiple Las Vegas restaurants, such as Gordon Ramsay, do not reside in the city. Celebrity “operation” of restaurants in Las Vegas casinos often involves licensing deals rather than hands-on management.
Caesars Entertainment’s 2016 bankruptcy proceedings disclosed Gordon Ramsay’s agreement, highlighting that the celebrity chef is required to be photographed for 24 consecutive hours annually at each of his six Las Vegas restaurants. In return, Ramsay earns $340,000 annually per restaurant, totaling $2 million, plus 5%-6% of Caesars’ gross profits.
TMZ also reported that Vanderpump and Todd will retain Villa Rosa, their magnificent $10 million mansion in Beverly Hills.
