Youth Stars Anti-Bullying Club

Current studies indicate the importance of maintaining ongoing discussions amongst youth as well as with their trusted adult figures about bullying. It is for that reason Youth Stars has begun implementing Anti-Bullying Clubs in schools. Having a student-run Anti-Bullying club facilitates long-term awareness and nurtures a safe haven for open communication (Led by youth, for youth).

The initiative involves empowering youth to act as leaders in their schools. A selected teacher/staff member will oversee the club, in liaison with Youth Stars, so that the club can run throughout the school year, in a manner that suits the school’s scheduling.
