Nevada police are investigating a possible homicide at Aquarius Casino Resort in Laughlin. A fight emerged at the gaming property on Friday in the early morning hours. Many individuals are believed to have taken part in the altercation and were divided into two groups.
According to a Nevada TV station, the victim was knocked to the floor and became unconscious. When the police arrived at 1: 20 am, they found the man unresponsive. He was rushed to Arizona Regional Medical Center, where a doctor pronounced him dead.
Police are expected to review surveillance and video photos and also search for evidence in the hotel casino. One person who witnessed the incident will help with the investigation. The victim’s name is yet to be released until the Medical Examiner determines the manner and the cause of death.
In another incident in Nevada occurred in April at the Cosmopolitan on the Las Vegas Strip. A fight started at the hotel-casino that resulted in a man sustaining arms and shoulder cuts. The victim was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
