The landscape across from Beaconsfield Train station has transformed with Keller Williams Prestige Real Estate brokers moving into town seven months ago.
Lead by co-founders, Donna Dalonzo, Helena Gunnarson, Rosetta Gentille, and Rock Thomas, the Amherst location is on the fast track in growth, with over 50 brokers setting shop at the Beaconsfield setting.
KW Prestige Realty was founded by Gary Keller from Austin, Texas in 1986, after the bottom fell out of the real estate market. Their mission is to build careers worth having, businesses worth owing, and lives worth living. It is people first, brokers who are partners in the company.

KW Prestige opened in the West Island in October, 2014, with additional offices downtown, the South Shore, and Gatineau. An additional workplace in Laval is scheduled to open in the fall of 2015.
“The rapid growth has to do with the KW system of putting the broker first. Our priority is giving the broker exactly what they need in education and technology in order to make sure their clients are given the highest level of service possible,” said Dalonzo
KW Prestige immerses itself annually, in the community with the introduction of Red Day in 2009.which stands for Renew, Energize, and Donate. An annual day of service on the second Thursday of the month of May, associates spend the day away from their businesses serving worthy organizations and causes in the community in which they work and live.
“Keller Williams is different is that they are a real estate agency who thinks outside the box. They understand real estate brokers are people who interact with the community on a daily basis. We care, and we have a plan to make a difference right here in the West Island. We want to stay focused right here by helping our local charities on Red Day,” Rosetta Gentille, Founding member, KW Prestige, told The Suburban.
Thursday May 14 has been dedicated as Red Day. The agents will roll up their sleeve and aid a charity which, at press time, had yet to be determined.
“Training magazine 2014 has named Keller Williams the Number 1 training organization in the world, and we happen to specialize in real estate. Our weekly seminars are open to all brokers from any company,” added an exuberant Dalonzo.
