Top-Kids, located in the Pointe-Claire Plaza, is a mentoring program designed to help elementary students deal with various life challenges.
The 90-minute workshops teach youth specific life skills in a fun and stimulating way. Mentors with specialized backgrounds in teaching, childhood development, psychology, and youth life coaching developed an innovative curriculum whose goal is to equip children with the necessary tools and life skills to become the best version of themselves.

Fears and how to confront them
Friendship, how to choose good friends
Bullying
Anxiety, Stress Management and Mindfulness
Self-Esteem and Cooperation
Recurring themes throughout the workshops are how to develop self-confidence, overcoming failure, pushing through fear and using positive self-talk.
