Workshops themes include:

Fears and how to confront them
Friendship, how to choose good friends
Anxiety, Stress Management and Mindfulness
Self-Esteem and Cooperation
Recurring themes throughout the workshops are how to develop self-confidence, overcoming failure, pushing through fear and using positive self-talk.
