Struggling to get in the Halloween mood? Look no further! Corral your quarantine crew this weekend to take a 3km drive through a spooky labyrinth of lights in Laval. With $15 million worth of lights, this is an experience you don’t want to miss! Laval’s Illumi – fairyland of lights is the only Halloween entertainment event of it’s kind happening in North America!
The second edition of Illumi will be at the same location in Laval as last year but has since tripled their presence of lights. Expect the driving experience to last around 60 minutes, during which you will be entranced by a village of 30,000 light structures. Visitors will be dazzled by Illumi’s special Halloween twist as they journey through a land wrought with monsters, ghosts, witches, and thousands of pumpkins.
The Illumi team has temporarily suspended the experiences offered on foot and by mini-train as long as Laval remains a COVID-19 designated red region. Tickets must be reserved online ahead of time and will not be sold on-site. View Illumi Cavalia’s schedule and rates on their website.
The Illumi site is located in Laval along Highway 15, between Boulevard Saint-Martin and Boulevard du Souvenir. The entrance to the site is located at 2805 Boulevard du Souvenir, Laval, Quebec H7V 0A3, just at the corner of Boulevard Armand-Frappier.
The Halloween special runs from October 9, 2020 to November 1, 2020 when Illumi switches over to a winter holiday theme.
$29.50 for the driver; Passenger prices vary based on age, and toddlers are free.
