Oaklawn Casino in Hot Spring, Arkansas, is offering a pay rise for the inoculated employees against COVID-19. For the non-tipped employees, the hourly wages will increase to $16 and $8.50 for those receiving tips.
Vaccinated salaried workers will receive a 3 percent pay rise, and the new employees who are fully vaccinated will start with a $40, 000 annual pay.

Oaklawn incentive is only available until 31st December. Employees hired after 1st January 2022 will be required to provide proof of vaccination to receive incentives.
