For the tenth year in a row, Marché Ste. Anne De Bellevue will celebrate Garlic Fest on August 27, starting at 9:30 a.m.
The support of the local merchants as well as municipal support, have made it possible for the celebrations to expand over the years. This year the Mayor of Ste. Anne’s, Paola Hawa, will be judging the garlic recipes put out by locals in hopes of finding the perfect garlic recipe to share.
“I think the amount of work Patti and crew put in the market is outstanding,” said Cunningham’s Jim Beauchamp. “Opening the public’s eye to organic and locally grown food is the way of the future and this market does that. I for one applaud the market and the amount of people it brings into our beautiful town of Ste Anne de Bellevue.”
