November is Financial Literacy Month, a time when Canadians are encouraged to increase their knowledge and confidence regarding their personal finances.
The Dorval Library invites everyone to pass by on Thursday, November 8, from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., for the workshop Protection contre la fraude (in French), presented in cooperation with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
Learn, through real-life examples, what financial fraud is, how to recognize potential fraud, and what to do if you feel you have been a victim of it.
Admission is free. As space is limited, advance registration is required. The Dorval Library is located at 1401 Lakeshore Drive. For more information, please call the Library at 514 633-4170.
