PME MTL West‐Island is very proud to announce the opening of its own coworking space, Espace 735.

Situated at 735 rue Notre‐Dame, Espace 735 is the first of its kind in the Lachine borough. This recognizable building was once home to the previous

CLD Lachine Affaire and is now used by several government and non‐profit organizations that cater to the Lachine community.

Espace 735’s mission is to offer start‐up companies and self‐employed workers a workspace. Here they will have great opportunities for exchanges,

networking and collaboration with other entrepreneurs. The coworkers will also benefit from services offered by PME MTL West‐Island.

“We would like to organize workshops for start‐ups and attract more businesses to Notre‐Dame Street. Often, now‐a‐days, people start their business

venture in their basement, garage or guest room. They are just looking for a place to make it happen and to share this experience with other

entrepreneurs”,explains PME MTL West‐Island’s Executive Director, Nicolas Roy. Espace 735 offers 2 closed offices, 8 cubicles, 8 dedicated desks, 1

conference room, as well as a large common area that includes a lounge and café. Rental packages are flexible by day, week, month or by year.
