The legal proceedings against the woman include two counts of deceptively obtaining financial advantage, marking a pivotal step in this distressing saga. Bail has been granted, paving the way for her appearance in Bankstown Local Court slated for November 30.
For his purported role in the misdeeds, the man has been indicted on charges of fraudulently rendering false expense account and dishonestly obtaining financial advantage through deceit. His date with justice stood in Bankstown Local Court this Tuesday.
