The extensive Easter Brunch Menu is second to none at Bijou again this year. A welcome cocktail followed by a mini yogurt parfait and mini fruits is just the start to the delicious way to spend Easter Sunday.
A salad bar with several kinds of salads, a crepe suzette bar, a wide selection of baked goods that are baked on site, a cheese selection with homemade ketchups and mustards served with nuts and of course the warm selection which has eggs benadict, smoked duck bacon, sausage and seasoned potatoes.
If that wasn’t enough to fill your Easter taste buds you could swing by the rack of lamb station or the omelet bar.
All this to be enjoyed in the one of the prettiest restaurants around. Floor to ceiling windows in a modern ambiance. One of my favourite places on the West Island and frankly where I will be eating my Easter brunch this year.
I suggest a reservation just in case.
