Mayor of Sainte Anne De Bellevue, Paola Hawa, called on social media to help bring an exhibitionist to justice.
According to the Mayor, a white male exposed himself on Sunday, August 18th, at approximately 10 a.m. on the bike path near the Arboretum. The man followed a resident and then exposed himself to her.
“He followed her around a bit first then stopped in front of her dropped his shorts and pulled it out and masturbated,” said Hawa.
A police report has been filed.
“The victim went to the police station to fill out report, gave pictures and a description. During the incident, she yelled at him. The victim did not suffer from any physical trauma.”
