Cozy is the right word for this quaint, unexpected eatery located on Main Road in Hudson. I ventured out to try it out after on the recommendation of a friend. Candis and I ordered two meals off the lunch menu which consists of various grilled cheese options as well as one burger choice. The idea was to split both meals between us to give us a better sense of the choices for future references. 
The bacon and cheese grilled cheese with maple syrup was simply delicious. It was served with fries or salad. We did the half and half which was perfect. I think all fries with the bready sandwich would have been over the top for me.
The burger was also incredible. It was served with a coleslaw inside the bun as well as a sauce that had a slight kick to it. I would order both of these choices again without a doubt.
I hear the breakfast menu is excellent as well. I hesitate to venture out to breakfast on the weekends due to lineups but given the excellent food at lunch, it may be worth it.
The service was quick and attentive rounding out the perfect lunch experience.
