The 2017 budget for the City of Dorval was adopted at a council meeting on December 21, 2016.
This budget, like all the ones prepared by the current municipal council since its 2014 mandate, is the result of a rigorous planning process. This balanced budget of $125,985,000 takes into account the economic situation, incompressible expenditures, and our contractual commitments. It rests on our principles of sound fiscal management and on Dorval residents’ ability to pay.
As for taxation in 2017, the average residence of the City of Dorval will undergo a tax reduction of $77.96, or 2.66% from last year.
